Mar 12, 2023 · Loving the magnum opus collection via wabbajack, but I've noticed changing the graphics settings on the launch tool or my games/Fallout 4 Prefs ini is having no effect in game. But I was wondering how to get the equivalent of the first two ranks of the Idiot Savant perk. . I think Beginner's Luck (+7% chance of double exp) is the first one, but where is the second one?
